Our students at ALCA have challenged me to become a better educator each day. Each of them holds a special place in my heart. I am blessed that I've been given this opportunity to work with such amazing people who are so passionate and dedicated to our mission.

â ALCA has definitely shown me that I chose the right career path. The students are amazing and itâs incredible to watch them progress as the school year goes on. Being able to help someone has also been my passion and being with staff that feel the same way makes the experiences much more enjoyable. ALCA has great staff, students, and an incredible story. There is no place Iâd rather start my journey. Than you ALCA for giving me this wonderful opportunity.
- Sidney (Class 3 one-to-one)â
The kids I have encountered at ALCA have changed my life. They teach me more than I ever could teach them on a daily basis. ALCA is a wonderful center who helps not only their kids, but families and staff as well. ALCA deserves nothing but the best and I want to help them get one step closer during their expansion!
- Jessica (Class 3 one-to-one)
As a new member of the ALCA team, from the very first day I started here, I realized how much of an impact this school has on the children's lives that attend here. I have learned so much from the students and I hope they will learn just as much from me. This new school will be a great opportunity for the children at ALCA to learn and grow even more. Every donation matters and ALCA truly deserves it!
- Taylor (Class 3 one-to-one)
The most rewarding career in the world is being an educator. But to be a special education educator is even more rewarding. Every student has a right to an education and has a right to thrive in their educational career. Every student has the potential to make their dreams come true. No disability should ever prohibit a student from the very best education possible. I love being a 1:1 Instructor at ALCA, because I know I can make a difference in my students lives. I want every student at ALCA to know that they are worth it and that someone will always believe in them and be his or her number 1 fan.
- Kaitlyn (Class 3 one-to-one)
