You can use the following form to signup for CharityWeb's services, including any payment gateways. Simply click off the items you want and click on the "Continue >" button. We will ask for your contact information on the next page.

You will not be charged these fees now. We will invoice you for the setup after your form is live. Any monthly, transaction, or custom programming fees will be charged monthly.

CharityWeb Base Fees
Hosting fees are $34 per month. Per transaction fees are just 79 cents. If no credit card, bank, or PayPal account used, there is no transaction fee. This will be included in your estimate.

CWeb Donate - One-time and Recurring Donations  Setup: $399.00  No additional monthly fee.
Matches look-and-feel of your website. Custom receipt and e-mail messages. Honor and Memorial option included.

CWeb Register -- Registration pages for events  Setup: $399.00  No additional monthly fee.
Create registration pages for an unlimited number of events, each with it's own landing page and URL. Matches look-and-feel of your website.

CWeb Purchase -- shopping cart tool  $399.00  No additional monthly fee.
Spread your mission and generate funds by selling items like cards, t-shirts, books or a brick on the memorial sidewalk you are building.

Personal Fundraising Pages -- peer-to-peer fundraising module  Setup: $899.00 Additional Monthly: $10
Our PFP tool allows your biggest fans to easily create a personalized fundraising page branded by your organization. This tool can be used in a variety of creative ways and is a great complement to existing fundraising efforts.

Event-A-Thon -- Active team-based fundraising event Setup: $1,599.00 Additional Monthly: $10
A robust custom tool used for large event fundraisers like walk-a-thons, races and climbs. Participants register for your event and create a team or individual fundraising page complete with a goal tracker, personalized message, and photo slide show.

Payment Methods Available on your Transaction Forms -- please choose at least one of the following.

  • EFT/ACH must be chosen in concert with a merchant account from our preferred provider; it cannot be chosen alone.
  • You only need one merchant account, either from our preferred provider with money directed into your current bank, or from another provider.
  • PayPal can be chosen alone.
  • Payment gateway providers will charge you their fees directly but are included here so you can see all your costs.

Credit Card Merchant Account from our preferred provider Setup: $0.00  Additional Monthly: $14.90   Per Transaction Fees: 2.0% plus 25 cents
Money will be directly deposited in your bank account within 3 days typically, and your name will show up on your donor's credit card statements.

Add EFT/ACH to Preferred Provider Merchant Account Setup: $0.00 Additional Monthly: $7.00   Per Transaction Fees: 25 cents
Accept checks or direct transactions from a donor's bank. Only available from our preferred provider but their pricing is excellent: $7.00 per month and ONLY 25 cents per transaction!

PayPal -- Website Payments Standard Setup: $0.00 No additonal monthly fee Per Transaction Fees: 2.2% plus 30 cents for 501(c)3
We can integrate your PayPal account onto any of your transaction pages. Your donors will receive your own e-mails and all your data will be in one place. No other value-oriented donation service provides this option currently.

Merchant Account from another provider Setup: $150.00+ Additional Monthly Fee: $25+ Per Transaction Fees: Typically 2.5% plus 30 cents or more
We can work with a merchant account from another provider. It needs to be setup with PayPal's PayFlow Pro as the payment gateway.

Optional a-la-carte Services

Automated Email for Honor/Memorial Donations Setup: $199.00 
Our tool allows donors to send an email message from your giving page to instantly notify an honoree of a gift made in their honor. The tool can also be used to send an e-card you provide.

McAfee Secure Logo  Setup: $0.00 Additional Monthly: $10
Add another layer of donor confidence by displaying the McAfee secure logo on your pages. See the top of this page for an example. Additional Monthly Fee: $10

Usability Testing (aka A/B Testing)  
We have run tests on client pages to improve the effectiveness of forms. We can do the same for you. Cost of analysis depends on the amount of time spent and is charged at $100 per hour.

Custom Programming Setup: Based on quote  
Do you have a bright idea that you would like to add to your fundraising? If our standard offerings don't quite work for you, we can customize them for you. Cost is just $100 per hour. You receive a not-to-exceed quote before we start. Even if it takes us longer to complete the task, the most we charge is that quote. If less time, the final charge is less.
