In consideration of accepting this entry, I the under signed, intend to be legally bound hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors, and administrators waive and release any end all rights and claims for damages I may have against Hina Patel Foundation for Sickle Cell Disease, Board Members, City of Bakersfield Recreation & Parks, anyone associated with the event, their representatives, successors and assigns for any and all injuries suffered by me in this event. I will additionally permit the free use of my name and pictures in broadcasts, telecasts, newspapers, web sites, etc.

Registration for 5k/10k Run & 5k Walk: 6:30- 7:30 a.m.

Run/Walk begins at: 8:00 a.m.

Prizes for top 3 men & women in each age category for 5k/10k run only.

Pre-Registration fee for Run/Walk by 9/13/17: $25/person

Day of Registration fee: $35/person

Team picture will be taken and top team will be recognized at award ceremony with $100 gift card

T-shirts guaranteed to first 300 registrant for Run/Walk Post-race/walk refreshments

Event Benefits: Hina Patel Foundation for Sickle Cell Disease to fund research & education, assist patients and families, allows kids affected with disease from ages 8-14 to attend Sickle Cell Camp.
