Hello, all: Many of you may have seen my sunny day winter plunges the last couple of months... well, this is what I was prepping for. I am thankful that I have good health, and would like to acknowledge what a privilege it is for me to be able to plunge in my beloved Atlantic, with this sturdy polish broad's body, in memory of Lisa's Mom (and also in honor of my #lifewife Jayme's dear friend Scott G.).
