A message from Lisa Wallin-Geiss

On Saturday, February 7, 2026, I will be plunging alongside Team Kathy's Krusaders in honor of the legacy of Kathy "Momma Murph" Murphy, mom of my dear friend, Kristen Murphy, who bravely faced ALS.

I am joining hundreds of us from Monmouth County and beyond who will choose to jump in icy ocean water as an act of solidarity with our local pALS (people with ALS) because they are conquering immensely greater fears every minute of every day. Joan Dancy and pALS (people with ALS) is run soley on donations and offers local Monmouth and Ocean County ALS patients and their families support groups, patient care, and medical equipment.
