Support Scott Mortensen in the 2026 20th Annual Valentine Plunge

As a kid growing up on Long Island, I spent countless days jumping into the Atlantic Ocean. As life goes on I've continued to hit the beach as much as any Scandinavian/Irish rooted pale-skinned person (who sees his dermatologist every six months) can. 

There is no more important time to start the 2026 beach season than Saturday February 7th to support our dear friend Jennifer Murray Johe.

As a proud member of Jen's Polar Pals, I'll be joining hundreds from Monmouth County and beyond who will choose to jump in icy ocean water as an act of solidarity with our local pALS (people with ALS) because they are conquering immensely greater fears every minute of every day.
