A message from TIMOTHY ONEILL
Saturday, February 8, 2025 will mark the 19th year we plunge into the frigid Atlantic to honor those suffering all the burdens associated with an ALS diagnosis. TEAM TIM has been a force united against this disease from the very beginning and I thank you all for your participation and contributions. We could not do it without you.
For those that have plunged alongside us, you know that plunge day is a day filled with LOVE. For those that have never experienced it, trust that there is love in the air and appreciation flows throughout the community.
Donning a costume and a light buzz, TEAM TIM plunges as CAPPY'S CADETS this year, complete with fatigues and patrol caps, as we battle against Lou Gehrig's Disease.
If you cannot be there with us on plunge day, I ask that you donate what you can -- as these donations directly benefit the patients and families struggling with the financial burdens tied to ALS care. Both the staytough. fightHARD. and Joan Dancy & PALS organizations have helped hundreds of patients in the Monmouth & Ocean county areas, as well as across the United States.
Plunge day is one of my favorites each year... and I look forward to spending a few minutes in that cold ass water... thinking of my dad and imagining him smiling down at us, proud of what we are doing and of the help we are able to provide.
