Support TIMOTHY ONEILL in the 2024 18th Annual Valentine Plunge

It's our 18th year of jumping in the icy cold Atlantic to raise money for PALS and their families.  For a few brief moments on a Saturday afternoon, we endure some mild pain and suffering in an effort to display solidarity with those coping with such a heartbreaking disease.

Each year, I cherish the few minutes in the cold ocean and connect with my dad, who we all miss so much.  There is something about that day, that water and the energy in the air that makes me feel like he's there with us.

So many of you have been so supportive throughout the years -- plunging, donating, donning silly costumes -- and it has meant so much to me and my family.  Thank you.

Collectively, we have raised ~$4.2 million from plunge donations.  I do not think that any of us could have imagined this as our small group worked through planning the logistics of the first plunge.  It is truly amazing.
