Lights of Love, now in its 36th year, provides everyone the opportunity to remember and honor the special people who have impacted their lives. For a recommended $8 donation per name you can remember family members and friends who have influenced you but have passed away. You can also honor the people who bring meaning and joy to your life now.
Names of all donors and the people they remember and honor will be published in an online Honor Roll Book posted on the Latrobe Hospital/Independence Health System website.
The Lights of Love project culminates at Light Up Night on Tuesday, December 12, 2023, at 6:30 p.m. in the Robindale Auditorium, 1501 Ligonier Street, Latrobe, PA (former Latrobe Elementary School). Handicap parking and an ADA ramp are at the Ligonier Street entrance to the property.
The evening will include holiday music, the Ceremony of Remembrance and Honor, live streaming of the illumination of the Lights of Love tree on the plaza of Independence Health System’s Latrobe Hospital, and light refreshments. The public is invited to attend.
