Just $36 to feed a family of four for a week!  Help us try to reach our goal of feeding 41 families for a week by the end of March 2018!

Right here in Minnesota, statistics tell us that 1 in 10 adults and 1 of 7 children experience food insecurity. I’m sure you’ll agree that these statistics are awful.  We can do something about this.

I’d like you to be a part of a really special effort that’s coming up. Each spring, Neighborhood House (a St. Paul organization that helps families move from just surviving to truly thriving) is involved in the March Food Drive, a statewide campaign through Minnesota Food Share. Last year, Neighborhood House was able to raise over $175,000/pounds of food for families who participate in our program and this year our goal is even bigger. 

Here’s how you can help:

• Money goes three to four times further than food donations, since Neighborhood House purchases food in bulk. It takes just $36 to feed a family of four for a week.
  
• Host a food drive of your own (we’ll help you figure out how to do it!).
  
• Volunteer your time.
