Kayak Participant Waiver

If you plan to act as a dedicated Kayak Escort
for a participating swimmer:

with your name and the swimmer's name.

Volunteer Kayak Escorts are requested to attend
a 1-hour Safety Class
Date - Wednesday July 24, 2024
Time - 7:00 pm

In person & and via ZOOM Training:
1 Arquilla Drive, Beacon, NY & Via ZOOM.
River Pool will send a ZOOM link for the Safety Class
to all registered Volunteer Kayak Escorts.T-Shirts:
Register by June, 23 to ensure you receive the T-Shirt size of your choice
