Main Course – Cowboy Brisket with Red Eye Gravy – bbq-braised brisket with a dark coffee brown butter sauce with Green Beans tossed in sweet butter and Baked Macaroni and Cheese topped with golden bread crumbs and baked til bubbling.


Vegetarian Option – Grilled Vegetable Skewers - seasoned tofu, red and green peppers, red onions, golden pineapple and fresh mushrooms arranged on a large skewer and served with rice pilaf.
