Welcome to the "Stomp Out the Stigmas". WALKATHON EXTRAVAGANZA for Camp Crescent Moon
Sickle Cell Anemia is a chronic health condition that affects 1 in 500 African Americans. Including yours truly. Not being able to attend other camps as a child was difficult. But Camp Crescent Moon was there for kids that were experiencing the same difficulties add I was. At camp, we learned more about our condition, like managing symptoms, while still being able to experience the joys of childhood. Your contribution will help make sure that our youth can do more than just survive. We were Made to Thrive.
