This year we will be honoring 9 who paid the ultimate sacrifice in 2022. We will begin our journey on September 17th in Maxwell, Texas and finish on September 23rd in Amarillo, Texas. This years honorees are:
David Evans – San Antonio Police Department
Jeffrey Richardson – Poteet Police Department
Kaitlyn Ritnour – Texas Department of Criminal Justice
Hunter Coco – Maxwell Community VFD
Jonathon Coco – Maxwell Community VFD
Anthony Martin – Austin Police Department
Barbara Fenley – Eastland County Sheriff’s Office
Curtis Brown – Dalhart VFD
Brendan Torres – Dalhart VFD
We also want to also acknowledge it has been 10 years since both the devastating explosion in West, Texas on April 17, 2013 and also the Southwest Inn fire in Houston on May 31, 2013 and we will be remembering those who lost their lives in these events as well.
