The VMC Foundation’s holiday fundraiser supports the New Directions program at Santa Clara Valley Medical Center.

New Directions provides services to VMC’s homeless patients – the most vulnerable patients and the most frequent users of emergency rooms and hospital beds. Since 2002, New Directions has helped hundreds of homeless men and women secure shelter and housing, access to food, and appropriate medical care in order to achieve personal stability.

Donations are urgently needed! Please contribute today.

Your gift will provide deposits for housing, basic furniture needs, and vouchers for transportation to health appointments. All donations made by December 31 will be tax deductible for the 2012 calendar year.

New Directions is a program of the Hospital Council of Northern and Central California. More information about the program can be found on their website.
