Friends and Family,

I am 'stealing' Maria's note from last year as I once again invite you to join us at this years Walk n Roll.

What did ALS of MI do for us? It made our final 2.5 years with Dad full of memories, they helped us LIVE with the disease rather than be destroyed by it, they took away some of the financial burden by loaning us equipment, they took some of the emotional burden with their support groups, they helped Dad (and all of us) to have the best final 2.5 years we could!

The Walk season is difficult emotionally for us, not only because we miss Dad, but we come face to face with families currently dealing with this horrible disease. We have been there, we know the struggle, and we know where their path is headed until we find a cure. We pray for a miracle for them so they don't share our pain, but we know that miracles don't always come the way we hope, so any help we can get for them in the meantime is a blessing.  Even though it is hard, we know Dad would want us to keep on walking and helping those families currently struggling get the relief we had. The money we raise doesn't go to research, it goes directly to the PALS and their families to help with their everyday needs. Even $5 helps!

Any donation is greatly appreciated!
Any support at the walk and donation is a treasure! The Walk is at 11 (registration at 10) on Sunday Sept 24th at Stoney Creek.
Hope to see you there!

Thank you!

- Joyful JayWalkers
