Trinity Church, Asbury Park NJ
Get ready! The Seventh Annual Jersey Shore Ride for Food Justice is back and better than ever! All proceeds raised from this event directly fuels the life-changing work of the Trinity Center for Community. This comprehensive program is a beacon of hope, providing critical support including:
Comprehensive food assistance: Operation of a well-stocked food pantry that prioritizes the distribution of healthy and fresh food items whenever available, in an effort to mitigate food insecurity and promote community wellness.
Community Meal Services: Ongoing Operation of Saturday Soup, a weekly community Meal that has continuously served nutritious food and offered fellowship for over 35 years, providing sustenance and support in a welcoming environment.
Housing Support and Homelessness Prevention: Implementation of the Radical Well-being program, which offers comprehensive housing assistance and proactive measures to prevent homelessness, with a focus on stability, dignity, and long-term well-being for individuals and families.
Code Blue: Trinity is the Code Blue warming center for all of Monmouth County. When the temperature drops below 32 degrees we open our doors to the community.
Community Arts and Music Programs: Organization of vibrant arts and music initiatives designed to enrich cultural experiences and community engagement.
To date, we have collectively raised over $340,000 for the Trinity Center for Community. With your support, the sky's truly the limit as we strive to make an even greater impact this year!
